OK... all of my packagers currently use AdminStudio 5.01 with Developer 8 sp2 installed. I need to upgrade them to AdminStudio 6. Simple enough, right?
Well, if I uninstall all of the MSIs which AS501 installed, and then install 6, whenever I launch Editor, DEVELOPER repairs. Event Viewer is telling me that it can't find the ISUtil.dll in C:\ProgramFiles\IS\AS\5.0\Developer\System.
SO why is Editor still looking for the Developer locations? I have had to change App paths, file associations, have run Regmon, everything. Logs up the wazoo, and I am still missing something to stop it from repairing an old version.
Any ideas? This is driving me nuts!
