Legacy Setup Conversion failed

I packaged an application using the repackager (Adminstudio V3.5), but I get an error when attempting to convert the .inc file.

The log file looks like:

Mapping shell extension verbs from registry information to the Verb table

Writing to the ProgId table

Mapping NT services from registry information to the ServiceInstall and ServiceControl tables

Mapping application paths from registry information

*** Error: COM Error #0x8007065b: Function failed during execution.

Looks like 3.5 had some problem converting the apppaths. I would recommend remove the application paths from the inc/nir file and doing a process of elimination to find out which one is causing this problem. After you have it narrowed down you can simply remove the problematic one and readd it in the ism file itself after the conversion is complete.
