InstallScript scan packaging method produces small .MSI with no function

I'm trying to package a program using AdminStudio 11.5.

Since the program has an setup.exe and an .msi file I use the InstallScan method to create the package. The original .msi is 3.63mb and the .cab file is 883mb.

However after the program installs and the package is done processing I'm left with an .ism that is 280kb and an .msi that is 621kb and no .cab file

I'm sure there is a simple step that I'm missing but I've read the instructions a few times over and cannot seem to figure out what's going wrong.

Hi,

Please make sure that the ism file gets created in a sub-folder or separate folder. By default, the ism will be getting created in the Msi_Package folder. If you keep this location, then the build should work just fine.

One other thing to ensure is to not select IS professional logging method in the Repackager wizard.

Thanks!
I am seeing the same problem as MRuney. The Repackaging Wizard`s InstallScript MSI Conversion does not appear to work in AdminStudio 11.5 SP2 or AdminStudio 2013. It produces a very small MSI with no content.
