I would like to know how can i pack an multiple software into one single msi file?

Any workaround or guideline i can follow?

There's no tricks or guidelines involved. You simply run Repackager and have it launch as many setup routines as you need.

Do yourself a favour and create a MSI for each software and install them one by one.
