Difference standard / pro

I am about ready to buy the admin sudio.
I own the developer 8 now.
Only want to repackage some inhouse apps that are so old and terrible they tear up everything we install them on.

Do I need the pro version for this or is there a reason to have the pro?

1 app is access 95 developer toolkit created.
1 app is foxpro 6 created.
1 app is powerbuilder 6 maybe.

After reviewing it I still am not sure that I would need the extra horsepower and was looking for reworld experience advice on this.
