Hello,
I creating an Answer Transform for a product caled ABACUS version 5.3
I start, entere the serial number then click next and it comes up with a box and error message "installation not complete failed to create transform"
I OK this and another box and message appears saying "No MSI Database is Currently open"
The MSI is too big to attache it is 142 MB the MSI was supplied with the CD i.e. it is not a home brew MSI.
Can you please tell me the most likely cause and fix for this error. The installation works OK if installing normally.
