Apps with an SLA Status of "At Risk"

For Wfm v4.05

Apps with an SLA Status of "At Risk" do not appear in the Application Requests Summary Report.

This means that the total Apps in progress could be 50, with 10 Apps at risk of going of the SLA for the project.

In the Application Requests Summary Report these 10 Apps would not be shown in the report, thus not enabling management to drill down into the At Risk Apps to see and address the problems.

Is this a known issue which is to be addressed by an update ?

If so, please advise when the update will be available.

Ideas anyone ?
Hi Cary - Any ideas on the above ?
Hi Atlas,

I took a look at this report, and wasn't able to see the same behavior--'At Risk' applications seem to display correctly for me. However, date/time calculation is fairly complicated for determining that something is late/at risk, so it's possible that there's some query that isn't inclusive enough here.

This view should show At Risk applications, as long as they belong to the company that you're selecting on the first screen of the report. Are the missing applications available when you select 'Single Application Request' on this report?
