AdminStudio 5.0: Repackage fails to honour exclusions

After creating a snapshot using AdminStudio 5.0, I started the new repackager and excluded file/registry entries... etc from the list provided. When I build the .ISM file and open this with Developer, all of the items that I excluded are in the package. Does anyone have any ideas or experiencing the same problem?

This is the first time, we have heard about this issue. Please send us your inc file and the irp file created by the Repackager. We can help you determine what the problem was.

Already done. I'm still waiting for Installshield support staff to get back to me.

I am embarassed to say this, but I did have this problem once.

I had 2 PC the first had AdminStudio the second was a clean build used for my repackaging. I modified the exclusion options on the development machine but never transferred the DEFAULT.INI to the repackage machine. Hence my exclusions were never excluded from the package.
