I hear that SaaS Manager uses Web Scraping to collect information. Can someone explain what if that's true, what it does, why we are using this methodology and if we have any plans to retire this approach in the future? Thank you.

I was wondering how SaaS Manager consolidates user accounts. There are scenarios where a single user can be registered to various services using different addresses. How are these mapped to the same user, if at all?

Hi there, The quickest route to get to this information for a specific device is the Evidence tab on Device object. From there you can browse the evidence on that machine, or are you looking for something different? Cheers,Thorsten
