What To Do If No Application Found

Any advice on what to do if, for a new software license entry in FNMS no application is found.

If you've created the license manually, you can add applications manually to it as well:

If the license has been created based on a PO with a SKU that is recognized by Flexera and you think that the PURL library should add applications covered by it, then please provide more details.
