We have several thousand devices with various os (Windows Server DataCenter, Windows 10, RHEL, Windows 11, CentOS, etc) that show the VM Type as Hyper-V. We are getting inventory through the Tanium connector. What attribute sets the value of Hyper V for the VM Type field?
I think the VM type may be identified as Hyper-V for computers where Tanium shows:
Manufacturer = "Microsoft Corporation"; AND
Model = "Virtual Machine"
