We have a user license that is showing "unknown" user name. These are all located in the Lab environment and are showing consumption. These should be exempt from consuming licenses, yet we can't get the record to cooperate. We try adding an exemption and save, exemption goes away. Is there a way to exempt these devices on User based license?
