What is the navigation path to view usage data gathered from the Flexera Agent on end-user devices?

The uploaded usage data can be seen by going to Inventory->Raw Software Usage: https://docs.flexera.com/flexera/EN/ITAssets/Disco-Raw_Soft_Usage.htm 

Following the compliance import/reconcile the usage that is able to be mapped to an installed application is displayed as the Last Used Date for the application on the device.
