Unrecognized File Evidence

I have noticed some unrecognized File Evidence that I have assigned to an application.  The application was originally in "inactive" state, I placed in authorized hoping it would pick up the devices with the app installed.  I did run a manual reconciliation, but would it rather take overnight to pull in these devices after a full reconcile?

Did you select Import Inventory for your manual reconcile? This will need to be selected otherwise you can wait for the full import/reconcile that runs nightly.

Also, what Recognition Rule did you use for the file evidence when you linked it to the application? It needs to At Least One or Required. If you set multiple files to Required then all need to be present on the device.
