In what Flexera custom ServiceNow table can I find lifecycle dates for installed software? For example General Availability, End of Life, End of Sale, and End of Support.
In our environment ServiceNow is performing discovery. Flexera is referencing installed software based on the ServiceNow discovery and normalizing it against Technopedia. After normalization as I understand it Flexera will return the normalized data back to ServiceNow in the form of a custom table.
If we wanted to report on EOL/EOS software installations what is the correct Flexera custom table to report against?
