Double-byte character for user name?

Is it possible to use double-byte character for user first name and last name?

Hi @JoanTSW ,

My understanding is that this shouldn't be a problem as Flexera One is supports Unicode and therefore Double Byte characters.

The proviso here is that the process you use to import user information into Flexera One will also need to handle Double Byte characters.
