Difference between SaaS to On-premise

Hi Team 

I'm from IBM.

IBM has announced that FlexeraOne will be offered as an OEM followed by on-premise.
My customer wants to know about the difference between the two.
What is the difference in functionality between FlexeraOne SaaS and FlexeraOne on-premise?
Are there any differences that we should be aware of?

There's no Flexera One on-premise. Flexera One is a SaaS based offering only. Some of its capabilities are sold separately (also by IBM) as standalone on-premise solutions.

FlexNet Manager Suite includes most of the capabilities included in Flexera One IT Asset Management, and Flexera Data Platform includes most of the capabilities included in Flexera One IT Visibility.
