Summary
Data Mashup enables the addition of custom columns to IT Visibility. This allows you to link custom data such as business information and environment to normalized devices, hardware, and software. When complete, the linked data is surfaced in IT Visibility Data Explorer and can be used in custom insights and reporting.
Note: In this release, the custom data can be accessed only in the IT Visibility UI and is not available via export or API.
What do I need to do
Navigate to IT Visibility > Data Mashup, and upload a CSV containing up to twenty custom fields. Once uploaded, the data mashup columns can be found in Data Explorer, where you can create custom insights.
