A new hotfix has been released for the on-premises edition of FlexNet Manager Suite. This affects releases between 2017 R2 and 2019 R1.
The hotfix addresses an issue when processing purchases from the License Recommendations page. Any entries that recommend changing the licenses settings 'User multiplier infrequent' and/or 'User multiplier external', will fail to be applied.
