Resolution

This is a know issue being tracked under FNMS-35946 that has been fixed in FNMS 2017 R1.

Workaround

The workaround for this is to apply the following to the Server that has the FnmpADDMStage.exe executable:

- Make sure the Server has .NET Framework 4.5 or newer. If not, please install it.
- Open RegEdit and navigate to this Key location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.* (the highest version)
- Create a DWORD (32-bit) Value with the following:
- Name: SchUseStrongCrypto
- Value: 1
