Do you mean you have SKU's that are not recognised by FNMS (it does not exist in FNMS SKU library)?
Are those SKU's are for a publisher/Product?
If my understanding is correct, it looks like you like to track them for informational purpose? if yes you can create one PO for each SKU as you cannot add multiple SKU's to same purchase order record.
