We are planning to upgrade our Flexnet manager suite 2019 R2(On-premises) to Flexnet Manager suite 2022R1. Is it is good practice to upgrade it directly by skipping the previous versions. If yes what are the other pre-requisites that must be taken into consideration before upgrading. Please suggest.
Prerequisites are documented here. There shouldn't be any major changes. Just to be sure , please check that you have all reqs for 2022 R1 covered.
It is good practice to upgrade directly to the latest release. If you look closely at the database migration scripts, you will find that they actually upgrade through each release (including the FNMS cloud releases).
