Used by for devices

How Flexera assign the used by value for the devices? What is the criteria they taking to get the user details? 

Is there anything i can check from my tool and please let me know the steps. 

Eg: I have seen many people saying in the community based on the count of the user login in the device

@Yuvarajsekar  - This depends on the Inventory Source.

If the Inventory Source is Microsoft SCCM or the FlexNet Manager Agent, then the Calculated User for an inventory device is the account that was used the most amount of times to log into this computer from the last 10 times someone logged in.

For other inventory sources, this type of data may not be available and FlexNet Manager may only show the Last Logged in User.
