Trouble shooting to show inventory on WebUI

Hi,
I have problem to show inventory on FNMS2016R1 WEB UI.
There was list of All Inventories but nothing except HW tab on detail information page.
Which type of root cause I have?

Would you be able to share more specific details (including screenshot) for more clarity? Do you mean you see HW (hardware details) only when you open inventory device properties from All Inventories page?

Hi Amer, thank you so much for your support.

I just found out root cause why WebUI didn't show anything about inventory information from target machine.

That's because of 2 problems when installing.

- wrong command line for mgsimport parameter for ARL/SKU

- Collation settings was incorrect: default setting was _CI_IS

now corrected and working correctly.
