Sesssion Lock in FNMS On-Prem - Possible?

Hi all ...

Does FNMS on-prem prevent further access to itself by initiating a session lock after a defined time period of user inactivity or upon receiving a request from a user?  In other words, say I brought up a FNMS page, went away for 2 hours and came back - is it possible for Flexera to close that session after some period of time (before the 2 hours expires)?  If this is possible, what is that period and can it be changed?

This depends on how your FNMS system is set up to authenticate users.

If your users are authenticated using SAML (SSO), the lifetime of login sessions can be controlled by the SAML identity provider.

If your users are authenticated using Windows authentication, login sessions are tied to the lifetime of your Windows login session or browser. This is generally for as long as you remain logged into the Windows desktop or browser is open.
