We are seeing indications of dummy records like this in the history of some assets that we have not deleted. The linked inventory devices are no longer present in the GUI. It is possible, due to Covid-19 and employees are not being present at the office, that inventories are not occurring, therefore FNMS changes the status to dummy or awaiting inventory.
Does any documentation exist about this process? We need more details as to how, when and why this occurs without deleting the asset and about other reasons for this happening.
