PURL & SKU Update failed

Facing issue while updating SKU/PURL. Downloaded the latest PURL & SKU from the PLC site and update it manually but it gives the below error.

Delete all the folders under "G:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\FlexeNet Manager Platform\DataImport\Content\" but the same error.

Can anyone help me to resolve this?

Check to see if there are any other log files in the same directory as the file containing the logging quoted above. In particular, look for logging in another file that covers activity between 11:17:52 and 11:34:26. If you can find something along these lines, it may give some more details about what has gone wrong.

One thing to check is that the files in the H:\Content Libraries\ directory have been downloaded/updated more recently than around 9 March. If you have older files, you may be getting affected by the problem affecting the PURL release version 476 discussed in the comments on the following post: FlexNet Manager Platform / Suite – SKU, PURL & Bundle updates (Release #476).
