Hello Oracle expert:
We understand Flexera agent using GLAS(LMS) script query the Oracle DB Instance and return the option installed & used result.
The question about the 'used' calculation , is there any number of day detention in place when query the Oracle DB ? For instance if the option was used 2 years ago, as long as it's recorded in Oracle DB table, Agent will report as 'used' ? or does agent has further logic only track 'usage' from a specific time range ?
Please help to confirm, thanks in advance.
Best Regards
Kevin

Just added the response I received from Flexera support team to my question:
The usage data tracked by Oracle itself is generally kept indefinitely. i.e. If some option was used 5 years ago, the evidence of that usage will generally still be evident in the Oracle database.
