we are using Fnms 2021R1 On prem edition. We are getting problem for below product.

Sometime for unknown reasons FlexNet Inventory Agent skip updating registry/config values for Oracle inventory scanning that can be amended manually on the problematic device. After configuration observe the edition information in the FNMS.
You can follow below steps for each platform.
Steps for Windows platform
Step 1:
Go to windows OS registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Tracker\CurrentVersion
Step 2:
Find/add/edit following two records and set their value to True
PerformOracleListenerScan = True
PerformOracleInventory = True
Steps for Unix like platforms
Step 1:
Go to following path and find config.ini file
/var/opt/managesoft/etc/
Step 2:
Find following two records and set their value to True
PerformOracleListenerScan=True
PerformOracleInventory=True
Step 3:
Save the modified config.ini file (do not rename)
Note: no reboot is required.
