Need steps to create SPN for configuring Azure connection

Hi All,

Does anyone know how to create an SPN with read access for Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines & Microsoft.SqlVirtualMachine/sqlVirtualMachines, we need to share the steps with Azure team to get the SPN Created to configure the Azure connection.
