Have you considered setting up a DNS ALIAS?

DNS Alias is setup, getting directory access denied

Hi,

Are you using https? In this case, the SSL certificate will need to cover the DNS alias as well.

What exactly are you planning to do? Is this about agent communication or end users accessing the web interface?

Best regards,

Markward

Dear Mfranz,
Planning to change the Application url which is accessed by Flexera End User something like eg. Flexera Login/Suite from Hostname/suite.

Already have the SSL for the Common name appended to SSL.

Hi,

I am not sure about your "Directory access denied" error, but have you checked your IIS bindings? Maybe it's set up for a specific host name?

Best regards,

Markward
