How do I exclude a device from a licence count which is covered under another licence?

I have 2 SAS licence records

1. 'SAS Enterprise Guide' licence covers application - 'SAS Enterprise Guide'

2. 'SAS Analytics'  licence covers applications - 'SAS Analytics' and 'SAS Enterprise Guide'

How do I set-up the licences so 'SAS Enterprise Guide' licence does Not count devices covered under 'SAS Analytics' licence.

(1) Solution

You can also go into the SAS Enterprise Guide application and set the license consumption priority through there.

Hi,

FNMS will not count installations twice. So what you're descibing is likeley related to multiple applications being covered by one license.

This is just a guess, but please check that the Analytics license also covers the anterprise guide app, maybe even as a secondary application.

Best regards,

Markward
