First install, batch services doesn't start, error 1069

My database are another server than the batch server. I use a service account for installation. Does anybody would have a suggestion on what to look for? Thank you

On the Batch Server, have you assigned the Service Account to the Local Security Policy named "Log on as a service"?

It also must be assigned to "Log on as a batch job".
