Is it possible to set the category as a mandatory field when creat a Asset?

Our idea is to control the access to the categories and if someone forgets to indicate that he can then access the asset anymore. Unfortunately, this is not possible if there is no mandatory field of the Category.

@romanmensch - This is not something that can be customized - to make specific fields required or not.  Your best option is to save a custom view that lists all hardware assets with a blank category as an Audit Report.  Once these are found, someone would need to manually assign the correct Category to these assets.
