Could you please contact our Support for this issue? It looks like a problem with database privileges or access rights. Our Support team will likely ask you to provide some context or log files to pinpoint the issue.

I contacted the support.

However, these procedures in the databases not exist.
During an update and installation of a new version of Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 you may receive the error message informing

Hi VP,

The error messages being discussed in this thread suggest that the steps to configure the Compliance database have not been completed successfully prior to running the Config.ps1 script. For your new install scenario, I would suggest dropping the Compliance database, running the CompilanceDatabaseScription.xml database creation scripts again (check it completes successfully), and then running Config.ps1 again.
