Error at reconciliation after copying from production database to test

Hello,

To update the FNMS test platform we made a copy of the database in prod to the dev. After the copy and the reconciliation, I have these errors.

Failed to import inventory devices with error message 'The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_SoftwareLicenseAllocation_ComplianceUser". The conflict occurred in database "FNMSCompliance", table "dbo.ComplianceUser_MT", column 'ComplianceUserID'. The statement has been terminated.
