Does Flexera collect FileHash information?

Hi,

The FNMS Agent can collect MD5 hashes, however default behaviour seems to be not to do so.

Could you elaborate on what type of hash information would be useful for you, and for what purpose?

As @mfranz has noted, there is a setting that can be set to gather MD5 checksums, but the information is not exposed/used by FlexNet Manager Suite. It also slows down inventory gathering substantially as calculating checksums requires all the contents of all executable files found on the disk to be read, generating large amounts of disk activity.
