Can I create a primary and secondary, Enterprise All Users group in FNM? I want a group that I can move stale Active Directory Objects to, so that I can have a clean group to Allocate CAL licenses too.

It is possible to create "corporate unit", "cost center" and "location" groups in your enterprise structure. Each user record can be associated with one of each type of group.

For example, you might consider creating a "Stale Users" corporate unit group and assigning the relevant user records to that group.
