I used ComplianceCustomViewRegister to add a new entry for a custom report. I see that entry in both ComplianceSavedSearch and ComplianceSavedSearch_MT. Now I want to remove this view/report so it does not show in the UI. Can I simply delete that row in both tables? I didn't see an "unregister" or delete SP at a glance.
Yes, you can remove the report from ComplianceSavedSearch_MT.
ComplianceSavedSearch without "MT" is actually a view. You could remove your report from either one or the other, you don't need to remove it from both.
