How can you show or review compliance on a software that is cloud based but not recognized by Flexera SAAS Manager or having DUO or any other form of integrated authentication.
You can try and check with the solution publisher if they offer some kind of API, export, etc. that would alow you to (at least partly) automate things.
Depending on your goals, you might as well just create a "dummy" license with PO data, but without consumption. That would be, if the actual license compliance is no concern.
