Clearion Publisher Not available in ARL

Hi Forum,

Anyone using clearion publisher softwares and able to recognize the applications in your estate. I'm unable to find the Publisher in the ARL wondering if anyone have come across this issue. https://clearion.com/

@winvarma - If the products from this publisher are all SaaS or Mobile applications it is likely that are ARL does not have these items as no local software evidence can be found, since the applications are not locally installed on a computer.

Hi @kclausen ,

Thanks for your thoughts,the mentioned publisher Clearion softwares are installed in Laptops and surface pro books where SCCM is able to capture the inventory and the Publisher itself is not available in the All applications list.

These softwares are used in infra and utilities domain and i'm sure that they are not SaaS based. We are able to find them in unrecognised evidence as local.

@winvarma - That is good news then.

Since you have unrecognized evidence, you can download that evidence for your publisher to Excel and submit it to the Flexera Content Team through Support to be included in a future update of the Application Recognition Library.

In the interim, you can use the unrecognized evidence to create applications in your Local ARL so that the installed applications will appear and be available for reporting.
