Calculations in reports

I have a report of devices.

Some fields on this report are completed some are not.  I'd like to. transform this report into a metrics report showing a list fields, such as location, owner, is serial number complete?  as total numbers

such as something like this for my printer data: But this all requires calculated fields.  It be great if I can turn this into a drill down report.  Too complicated for Flexnet?  Hmm?

@seabrig29 - You are correct in that the current Report Builder allows you to create a new list of items, but the ability to group, create calculated fields and sub-totals do not exist.

Your options for creating these types of reports are:

1 - Use Flexera Analytics, powered by IBM Cognos.

2 - Download your report to Excel and use sorting, grouping and sub-totaling within Excel

3 - If you have ITAM Cloud, use the available Rest APIs to extract data and then use a tool such as Power BI or Tableau to read the extracted data and create reports and dashboard

4 - If you have FNMS On-Premises, you can access the database directly and create your own SQL stored procedures and SQL Views within the FNMS database and link a tool such as Power BI or Tableau against the database and the views you have created.
