Application evidence

If an application that FNMS is reporting as installed on a PC, is not listed in Programs and Features as shown in Installer Evidence, how do I find out why the program is being reported.

Hi Dawn,

If you're running a recent release, you should see the Evidence tab in your inventory. In this tab you can switch to File and WMI evidence.

If the app is not recognized by installer, it is likely a file or WMI responsible for recognition.
