ARL Imports Failing

Hi Community,

ARL Imports getting failed on my On-PREM FNMS 2018 R1.
I noticed that its not getting update since couple of weeks.

Any one else having issues for the same. Kindly suggest.

Hi Sushant,

The screenshot does not provide much detail, could you attach a log file? Or maybe run mgsimportrecognition.exe from the console and look for an error message?

And you could manually try downloading the cab file from your server: http://www.managesoft.com/support/Compliance/RecognitionAfter82.cab

Hi Sushant,

You should be able to find ARL import log on the batch server under C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\Content   (Default location)

Worth checking all three logs

  1. mgsImportRecognition.log
  2. recognition.log
  3. importPURL.log

MgsImportRecognition.exe should be in you FNMS installation folder, e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Flexera Software\FlexNet Manager Platform\DotNet\bin\"
