User Console spinning

I was following this knowledge article to set the timeout value to a different value.  After the change the user console now just spins and no one can login.  I set the value back to the original value of 30 and same issue

Tomcat log shows:

2022-08-01T15:52:40.895-0700[INFO][org.pentaho.platform.engine.core.system.status.PeriodicStatusLogger] Caution, the system is initializing. Do not shut down or restart the system at this time.

UI log shows:

2022-08-01T15:34:10.762-0700[WARN][bdna.ux.controller.UserController] UserName is null. This is usually the initial visit of the login page.

Re-running the User Console Configuration fixed the issue.
