Data Platform Scoped App ServiceNow certification for New-York ETA?

I am very eager to get an ETA on the certification of the Data Platform scoped app in the ServiceNow store. 

How soon can we expect the new version?

At this moment and time, we dont have an ETA to provide. However our product mnanagement and engineering teams are actively working towards getting certification for New York.

We will have an ETA for you by the end of October. We will post back here with more details around that time.

It took us one brief conversation with ServiceNow and it was certified within the hour.

Currently we are in ServiceNow Mardrid and are using ServiceNow SAM Pro with Data Platform Normalize version 4.5.4. How can we safely migrate to ServiceNow ScopeApp? Please provide detailed instructions.
