App portal Category mismtach

Hi Team,

We are facing issues with many users as the SSP category is getting mismatched with the business unit tagged

So can you please help us why the users are getting the wrong category tagged.

Sorry, I'm not fully sure that i understand the issue you are describing.. Can you elaborate? My assumption is that you are using category security with some type of condition on them.. Can you tell me more about the conditions on the category, and how you have them setup? Note that I seem to remember some type of issue with having multiple exclude conditions on a category/catalog item, so let me know if you have multiple exclude conditions as well.
