App Portal integration with ServiceNow

We are running into issues integrating with ServiceNow, we believe that there may be one or more ServiceNow components that are not currently installed in our environment.   Would it be possible to get a list of ServiceNow modules and version requirements for this integration to work?

I know one of the modules that used to be included by default, but ServiceNow has deprecated (no longer includes by default and can't be added without assistance from ServiceNow Support) is the CMS module.  I thought that was only required for the OSD/app provisioning capability and not for basic self-service software requests, but I could be wrong.  There is not a list of required modules documented anywhere.  Can you provide detailed screenshots/error messages that you're seeing?
