App Broker No Longer Accesseble after DNS Redirection

I'm just looking for any advice on troubleshooting steps for a new App Broker instance that I can no longer access after working with the customer to get DNS redirection working. Even when using the server name in the url I only get a "This page can't be displayed" error in the web browser. DNS redirection was just pointing a friendly name of customername.appbroker.com to AppBrokerServerFQDN.com/esd and prior to redirection the FQDN was working to access the tool just fine. I also still get a login prompt for App Broker, but after trying to login I still get the same error. Any recommendations on what configurations to check first here?

Is the redirection including the /esd? In other words, are you using http://companyname.appbroker.com or http://companyname.appbroker.com/esd? If you're trying to avoid having the /esd on the end of the url, I suspect that's at least part of the problem. Instead, just have the DNS alias point to the FQDN of the server. Then you can modify the default page on the default site to automatically redirect to /esd.
