I am trying to create a response transform for an msi file provided by the software developers. After entering the serial number and installation location, I get the message please wait while installshield wizard installs.... this may take a few minuts. After waiting 20 minutes I'm presuming it will not go any further. (Have tried several times)
Please help, every time I try to create a response transform for this and other packages I have the same problem.
